Just a reliable pick for a short stayover in London with definitely value for money. The shower had a caution label for very hot water, which was worrying. Tip, Check parking availability ahead of time as it’s limited.

Proximity to Alexandra Palace, neighborhood ambiance, family room configurations
Limited parking spaces make it a hassle to find a spot!!! Noise from neighboring rooms disrupts sleep!!! Small and cramped bathrooms could use a redesign!!! Outdated decor makes the overall vibe feel neglected!!!

The room had a unique sloping roof that added character, even if it felt a bit cramped. The location allowed for easy access to Alexandra Palace and a scenic walk through the park during the day, making the journey enjoyable despite the 30-minute distance.
The room size felt limited for a 'superior' option, making it tricky to unpack or store luggage. Without air conditioning, the provided fan's dustiness was a bit off-putting, and the shower was incredibly tight, making it tough to maneuver. There were noticeable cracks in the wall, and I found some hair on the bed upon check-in, which was less than ideal. A lack of outlets made it difficult to charge devices, and the noise levels were elevated, making it hard to get a decent sleep. Plus, the advertised breakfast was outsourced, which felt misleading, especially when the café's hours were unclear.

Loved the comfy bed and cleanliness of my Single Room Plus! 🌟 A bit far from the Tube though.

Just a fitting option for a weekend getaway in London with good value considering price it charged. The receptionists were really friendly and went the extra mile to help us with luggage. Make sure to ask for a room away from the lift to avoid noise.

My family enjoyed a six-night stay in a triple room near Alexandra Palace. Clean room and comfortable beds made our visit enjoyable despite limited space. Ideal location for outdoor adventures. A bit cramped at times, but overall a great experience for us!

Friendly staff made me feel welcome. The walls are thin, so I heard everything from the neighbors. Convenient location near Alexandra Palace. Clean room, but outdated decor needs attention.

Had an awesome stay with my friends! We checked out snooker events and had a blast ice skating nearby. The location was perfect, and we appreciated the clean room. Staff were friendly, making check-in a breeze.
One downside was that we had to deal with a broken shower control. It was difficult to adjust, so just be cautious while using it.

Clean hotel, perfect for a short visit. Location near Alexandra Palace is fantastic. Rooms quiet and equipped with a flat-screen TV. The bed felt comfortable, but the pillows were lacking support. Bathroom had decent amenities, but shower pressure was inconsistent. Friendly staff at the reception made check-in smooth, which I appreciated. Limited parking available. managed to get a spot, but it fills up quickly. Breakfast options were very basic and a bit overpriced for what was offered.
